Booking with us

If you have seen a holiday on our website that you would like to book, you can read and download our booking conditions as well as our booking form

To book your holiday, we need to receive a hard copy of the booking form which must be completed, signed and sent with your deposit. You won't need a stamp: you can send this to us at Diplomatic Travel Ltd, FREEPOST SEA12627, Sussex, RH17 7BR.

When we receive your signed booking form we understand that you have read and agreed with our booking conditions and that you are happy with them.

Your deposit can be made by cheque, debit card (Maestro) or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard, however, there will be 2% administration charge added to your invoice for this method of payment.

We offer holiday travel insurance from Endsleigh Insurance, you can either take out a single or multi-trip (annual) policy. If you would like to take out insurance with us, you should purchase this at the time you book your holiday. See Insurance for further details on their policy options and costs.

Our air holidays and flights are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 5469
